IN EXPLORE 1 JULY 2022

On Saturday 18 May I went to London again for a third viewing of the Elizabeth Line. This time I went on a Saturday and very early. I got the earliest train at 05.05 (yawn) With a 2 hour journey I got started at 7.30 with few people around. I went then to get in before the following weeks Rail Strike. This picture is of the Elizabeth Lines with the escalators to the next level at the Liverpool Street exit at Moorgate.

the Elizabeth Line formerly Crossrail opened in May. Crossrail was the largest engineering project in Europe with 42 Kilometers of new tunnels under Central Lomdon costing 18 billion pounds and 10 new stations

The shot was taken with a Sony A550 handheld. Taken with a Sigma 10-20mm at 10mm. 3 images processed for HDR in Photomatix 6 with realistic preset followed by Topaz Clarity.
