On Saturday I went to London for the first time in 18 months this time for Open House. This was the first non virtual Open House in 2 years and details were only released a month ago. This is a shot of City Hall taken with an 8mm Fisheye Lens. This is likely the last chance as the Greater London Council is moving to the Royal Docks in December for cost reasons. We were not able to descend the ramp as usual. This removes some of the best photo views. The person I asked was not sure why but thought it was due to Covid. Instead we were limited to the Assembly floor and the top outside viewing area
The shot was taken with a Sony A77 with a Samyang 8mm Fisheye lens. I. took 3 shots for HDR and processed with Photomatix 6 using contrast optimiser preset for a natural look. I used Topaz Clarity to add more detail.
