The shore is covered by an amazing variety of pebbles of different geological origins, exhibiting a wide range of natural colors and patterns. Many or most of the smooth pebbles are derived from igneous rocks like granite found in the deposits of glacial moraine that covers much of the surface area in the region.

The Irving Nature Park is a free park in Saint John, New Brunswick, Canada, close to the nearby urban Centre, only minutes away from the uptown area. This environmental retreat was developed with the intention of protecting the environment. It encompasses a total of 243 hectares (600 acres) and is sandwiched between a salt marsh and the Bay of Fundy. The park is owned and operated by JD Irving and is open annually from May through October for motor-vehicle traffic.

A close up shot of a white hairy flower that I shot in Edmonton, Canada. I don't know the name of this flower, but checked using reverse image app when I back home. Petasites albus, the white butterbur, is a flowering plant species in the family Asteraceae. It is native to central Europe and the Caucasus.

The Siffleur River is a short river rising in the Canadian Rockies in western Alberta. The Siffleur River is an early tributary of the North Saskatchewan River.

The river begins between Devon Mountain and Clearwater Mountain, at Clearwater Pass. The Siffleur is then joined by Dolomite Creek (flowing from Isabella Lake), and the Escarpment River. After plummeting over Siffleur Falls, the Siffleur River joins the North Saskatchewan River before Lake Abraham.
