How hard would you work for your breakfast? This was a junior bear who was one of the first bears on the scene that morning. Not far away, there was a much more dominant bear. You can see him looking behind him making sure the other bear is coming after him to steal his fish!

, , ... I was ecstatic to have captured these clips of the tarsiers during at first light. Tarsiers are nocturnal animals so I was super lucky to have found a family that was so active early in the morning. One of their unique features is their enormous eyes. Each eyeball is larger than their brain! They cannot rotate their huge eyes so instead, they turn their heads nearly 360°. Turn on the sound and listen to them "talking" to each-other!

During our Winter in Iceland Photo Workshop, we got a couple nights of very active aurora borealis. I decided to take a series of time-lapse videos to capture the dynamic movement and colors of the aurora.
