Yesterday, I posted a shot of some trees at the end of a rainbow with the ROYGBIV colors in reverse. Dave Coppedge knew right away why that happens optically. Here is a image of the full rainbow to showcase the effect. The colors are always reversed in the double rainbow since it is a reflection of a reflection!
