Probably more suited to a cooler climate or winter. Though, this dish tasted nice, even at 32 deg C (89.6F) in the shade.
I haven't made mash in ages and together with the cauliflower the mash was quite light. The mash turned out a bit lumpy and I probably should have used the finer grate in my Vintage Mouli Baby Moulinex.

Only use what you would drink!
This 2013 Raven Park Shiraz is an easy to drink, quite cheap, wine that did not spoil the taste of the Mushroom dish. I am not a wine connoisseur but would rate this wine as a good everyday wine :)
This recipe can be cooked in an "Instant Pot" or on the stove. As with every dish, I cooked the mushrooms in the tagine. Works very well.
The chef is going to have a little nap now and let others do the cleaning up in the kitchen ...
