Yesterday I acquired three more dogs. It's a complicated story and I don't really feel it's appropriate to tell all the details here, but I'm hoping, for the sake of the dogs (and for us as well) that it is a temporary situation.
However it turns out this is from left to right, Big Jim, Jerry and Sassafras. They are littermates and they are 13 years old. I agreed to home them because their person is having some serious health issues. They're good dogs, Jim is male and Jerry and Sass are females. At the moment I think they are, understandably, a bit confused; not exactly happy. They've met most of the BeingThere crew, including all our elders. We'll do what we can for them, make them as comfortable as possible, and try to give them the attention they deserve. Hopefully it will all work out in the end.
