First image I've made with the Impossible Project Film, this the PX680 Color Shade Gold Edition. I've been timid about using it, but today the circumstances were right, and I chose my model. Per instruction I was very careful to shield the image from light as it exited the camera, and kept it in the dark for about 15 minutes. When I looked at it I was a bit surprised, it didn't look like it does here, but rather had a very strong blue hue overall. I let it rest some more face down and several hours later it had changed quite a bit. Something I read said that it can continue to change or develop over the course of 24 or more hours, so rather than scan it and subject it to the bright light of the scanner, I decided to shoot it with the Cannon.. The colours are a bit off but it's pretty close.

Well, we're about to fire up the grill here on this Memorial day to grill Pickle's birthday pizza. I'm sure you all know by now that he is 16 years old. He's still very healthy, I was there the day Toaster gave birth to him, and he is very special to us after all these years.

I really like the look of this PX680 film. I think I'm going to have fun with it. . The background there is an emerging Ostrich Fern in my garden.

Thanks everyone for looking in.
