First I ought to say, I'm not a fan of food pictures. But I just couldn't help thinking of Roman so.... Lenore helped me make this picture after she spent most of the afternoon making Pierogies from scratch. The kielbasa is from Eddie's Meats on State Rd, just south of Snow in Parma. It's just a tiny little butcher shop and the butchers there are great guys.
Um, I don't think this is what they call "heart smart." (budder - you can eat too).
