King George Beach, Kangaroo Island
We've just come back from 4 nights on Kangaroo Island- the first evening included a visit to the secluded King George Beach along the North Coast. I was stunned by the ruggedness of the area and explored as much of the coastline there as I could in a couple of visits - more shots from this area to come!

Blue hour on a wet morning at Rapid Bay . I shot this from a nearby hill overlooking the old and new jetties. On a good day, diving is a popular recreation that I'm now more aware of since Marianne has her diving certificate! Image taken with a 3 stop hard GND pre dawn as light started to magically appear.

Second Valley South Australia
Amazing clouds flew over after dawn at Second Valley a few weekends ago. I imagine what this would have looked like if occurring at dawn!

We're back out and about!
Over the last weekend, South Australia loosened Covid restrictions which allowed us to take a short trip to our Fleurieu Coast. We had great winter conditions throughout the trip and the girls were really glad to be out and about. I took this on our last evening having ducked out from our accommodation nearby to shoot the local jetty at Normanville during a fleeting sunset.

Yorke Peninsula, South Australia
It's been such a long time since I've posted here, largely because I haven't been out shooting much at all (like most people!). Just before we went into isolation, we managed to celebrate Mum's birthday before not being able to visit for the next little while. Since then covid has passed through South Australia and we are now allowed out again. This image is a reminder of a great weekend away that is a stark memory for when the world changed. Hope to be out and about next weekend shooting again :)
