Cucumbers contain Vitamins B1, B2, B3, B5 and B6, folic acid, Vitamin C, calcium, iron, magnesium, phosphorus, potassium and zinc. Who needs a multivitamin? Also, if placed under the eyes, they remove bags, too! Never knew cucumbers were actually fruits, let alone berries!

My first aerial shot! What a day it was! Our friends took us up in their Cessna and we flew over the Sedona and Flagstaff area for about an hour. Beautiful day and we were in good hands...our friend flew for Southwest Airlines for over 40 years and was a fighter pilot before that. The red rocks of Sedona are fascinating and present such beautiful landscapes. This formation is known as Cathedral Rocks.
