Τελειώνοντας το ανηφορικό καλντερίμι,παράλληλα με το ρέμα το οποίο στεφανώνεται με τα τέσσερα μικρά,πέτρινα,τοξωτά γεφυράκια,στην σκιά ενός πολυαιωνόβιου και πολυκλαδισμένου πλατάνου συναντάμε ένα ακόμη προσφάτως αναπαλαιωθέν ιστορικό κτήριο,το Παρθεναγωγείο του Γαναδιού.

Στο Γαναδιό εκτός από το Σχολαρχείο λειτουργούσε και Παρθεναγωγείο με τέσσερις τάξεις στο οποίο οι μαθήτριες διδάσκονταν κυρίως μαθήματα οικοκυρικής . Κατασκευάστηκε και συντηρούταν και αυτό με δαπάνες του κληροδοτήματος Ξεινού. Ως προς την αρχιτεκτονική του ήταν ένα απλό κτίριο με δυο μεγάλες αίθουσες που διέθεταν τζάκι για θέρμανση καθώς επίσης ραπτομηχανές και αργαλειούς για τις ανάγκες της διδασκαλίας Στην αυλή βρισκόταν το μαγειρείο όπου ετοιμαζόταν και διανεμόταν το καθημερινό συσσίτιο.

In Gannadio except Scolarcheio functioned Girls School with four classes in which students were taught mainly housekeeping classes[1].It was built and maintained with expenses of Xynos legacy. As for the architecture was a simple building with two large rooms that had a fireplace for heating as well as sewing machines and looms for the needs of teaching. In the courtyard there was the kitchen where they prepared and distributed daily meals.

Δίπλα στον εμβληματικό Ι.Ναό των Ταξιαρχών,στο Γαναδιό συναντάμε το “Αμιλικό”.
Ένα κόσμημα της Ηπειρώτικης αρχιτεκτονικής όπου “ερωτοτροπούν” η πέτρα με το ξύλο.
Κατασκευάστηκε και λειτούργησε ως χάνι.
Αργότερα χρησιμοποιήθηκε ως περιστασιακή κατοικία του “Amil”,ήτοι φοροεισπράκτορα ή έχοντα κάποια εξουσία επί Οθωμανικής κατοχής,ως σχολείο και κατοικία των κατά καιρούς διδασκάλους και ως ξενώνας.
Σήμερα,όπως φαίνεται και στην επιγραφή,εκεί στεγάζεται η ενοριακή Πνευματική στέγη.

Το Γαναδιό διαθέτει πολλά ιστορικά κτήρια.
Το εικονιζόμενο αρχοντικό του Βαγγέλη Ξυνού είναι συνδεδεμένο με ένα ηρωικό περιστατικό.
Αντιγράφω από τον διαδικτυακό τόπο του Δήμου Κόνιτσας:
Το βράδυ της 28 προς 29 Ιουνίου του 1877 συμμορία ληστών με επικεφαλής τον Νετζήπ-αγά πραγματοποίησε επιδρομή στο Γαναδιό τρομοκρατώντας τους κατοίκους και στην συνέχεια πολιόρκησε την οχυρή κατοικία του Βαγγέλη Ξυνού η οποία βρίσκεται στο κέντρο του οικισμού. Αυτός αμύνθηκε γενναία μαζί με τα υπόλοιπα μέλη της οικογένειας του. Το μόνο που κατάφεραν οι ληστές ήταν να σπάσουν την εξώθυρα και να περάσουν μέσα στην αυλή. Έπειτα από τετράωρη μάχη αναγκάστηκαν να εγκαταλείψουν τις προσπάθειες τους και να υποχωρήσουν αφήνοντας πίσω τους 12 νεκρούς και 6 τραυματίες. Προτού αποχωρήσουν έριξαν μέσα στην φωτιά τα πτώματα των νεκρών συντρόφων τους.

The night of 28 to 29 June a gang of thieves led by Netzip-aga conducted raid on Gannadio terrorizing residents and then besieged the fortified residence of Vangelis Xynos located in the center of the village.He fought back bravely with the rest of the family. The only thing that the thieves managed was to break the portal and go into the yard. After a four-hour battle they were forced to abandon their efforts to retreat, leaving behind 12 dead and 6 wounded. Before leaving they threw into the fire the corpses of their dead comrades.

Όχι απλώς παραδοσιακός οικισμός αλλά ως μνημείο αρχιτεκτονικής αναφέρεται το εικονιζόμενο Γαναδιό,ένα από τα πέτρινα χωριά του Δήμου Κονίτσης στα 870 μέτρα υψόμετρο στις πλαγιές του Σμόλικα.
Not just a traditional settlement but as an architectural monument is mentioned the depicted Ganadio, one stone villages of Konitsa's Municipality at 870 meters altitude on the slopes of Smolikas.
Ο γέρικος Ελληνικός ποιμενικός με το πλούσιο κανελί τρίχωμα μας συντρόφεψε στην περιπλάνησή μας στο χωριό στα διαλείμματα της επιβεβλημένης για το προχωρημένο της ηλικίας του ανάπαυσης.
The old Greek shepherd dog with the rich cinnamon colored coat accompanied us in our tour inside the village during the breaks of the rest required for its advanced age.
