Tο διώροφο πέτρινο αρχοντικό (κονάκι) με τους βοηθητικούς χώρους,την αποθήκη (κουτσέκι) δεσπόζει στην ανατολική πλευρά χωριού Πατουλιά.Σύμφωνα με εντοιχιαμένη σε πέτρα επιγραφή στο κουτσέκι ως έτος ιδρύσεως
Αναγράφεται το 1903.
Το σπίτι δεν κατοικήθηκε ποτέ μόνιμα. Περιστασιακά σε αυτό ζούσαν οι ιδιοκτήτες τους. Προσφέρθηκε όμως χωρίς δεύτερη σκέψη από εκείνους, σε κατοίκους του χωριού που οι Γερμανοί την περίοδο της κατοχής έκαψαν τα σπίτια τους.
Στις αρχές της δεκαετίας του΄60 για διάστημα 6 μηνών το σπίτι απέκτησε ζωή αφού εκεί γυρίστηκε η θρυλική ελληνική ταινία “Το χώμα βάφτηκε κόκκινο”
Το κο(υ)τσέκι είναι τούρκικη λέξη και σημαίνει αποθήκη για τα γεννήματα, καλαμπόκια και στάρια όμως στις δεκαετίες 1950-60 στεγάστηκε σε μία αίθουσά του το δημοτικό σχολείο όπου στοιβάζονταν έως και 116!!!!!!παιδιά.
The two-storey stone mansion with auxiliary spaces,the storehouse (koutseki) dominates the east side of the village Patoulia.According to a stone-built inscription on koutsiki as the foundation yearListed in 1903.
The house was never permanently inhabited. Occasionally their owners lived there. But it was offered without a second thought by them to the inhabitants of the village when the Germans burned their homes during the occupation.
At the beginning of the 1960s for six months the house gained life after the legendary Greek film "The soil was painted red" was shot there.
The koutseki is a Turkish word and means a storehouse for seed, corn and beans, but in the 1950s and 1960s it housed a primary school where 116 Children pwere stacked !!!!!!
