Last stop on our way back to Malaga airport. Perfect KAP conditions (at last but not on the most inspiring place imho).

Spain - Martes
Red shield bug (Carpocoris mediterraneus-Mediterrane Vruchtenschildwants), photographed in a field between Mianos and Martes, at the foot of the Spanish Pyrenees. The polyphagous vegetarian adults can be found on several flowering plants. The species is widespread throughout the Mediterranean region, but is similar and can be confused with Carpocoris pudicus, Carpocoris purpureipennis or Carpocoris fuscispinus. © Tom Kisjes

Spain - Santa Engracia De Jaca
Argiope lobata is a species of orb-weaver spider with a wide distribution encompassing the whole of Africa and stretching to southern Europe and into Asia. Like many other members of the genus Argiope the large web is usually decorated with prominent zig-zag stabilimenta, but not in this case. The male of this species is small (body length 6 mm) but this image shows a female, that is large and spectacular at up to 25 mm in length. Photographed in a field between Santa Engracia De Jaca and Biniés, at the foot of the Spanish Pyrenees. © Tom Kisjes
