The Netherlands-Terschelling
In 1866 the Noordsvaarder, a huge sandbank of 4000 ha, was fused to the Wadden isle Terschelling. The image shows a part of the Noordsvaarder, named Green beach (het Groene strand). In autumn the green beach gets yellow, orange and red shades because of the colouring salicorn (zeekraal). An appropriate little break, after a long walk. Image made with kite and camera (attached to the kite's line). © Tom Kisjes
