The classic portrait composition at Empress Falls felt quite limiting so a vertical panorama of 3 shots allows the falls to have more breathing space.
You can see the bright green abseiling rope as a final abseil as Empress Falls is a popular canyoning location.

A popular hike for visitors to the hinterland behind the Gold Coast. Very bright day so hard to get a nice comp there but a close up in black and white came up okay :-)

With the swell too high to get around the headland to Cathedral Rocks, I was shooting from the beach instead. Intentional panning has been hit and miss for me but I liked the leading lines for this one

Montage of my photo and my wife's artistic report card.
Still in lockdown but starting to ease a little. Still restricted to 5kms though so no beach :-(
Raf (pre-groom) looked completely different to now after grooming around his face. I would like to anthromorphise him as being bit naughty at school but he is just being an adorably cute puppy.
The "school photo" was taken at home looking down from above with painted concrete background so no studios or lighting involved.

Getting some locked-in syndrome after 11 weeks in lockdown now :-(
Anyway..... This is the classic view of Natural Bridge. The R5 has great shadow recovery as it was very dark in the cavern and bright outside. Very few tourists that day but I could imagine the bus loads if international visitors were allowed and no deviations from the walkway... it is even one-way to ease the flow!
Definitely worth a visit though
