... passing Starcross station, by the Exe Estuary, Devon, England. You can just see that it's a special 'double header' with the King Edward I leading the Nunney Castle (see: www.railwayherald.org/imaging.centre/classbyclass/steam/g... for others' photos on this and previous runs).

The 6024 King Edward I was built in 1930 and is run by the 6024 Preservation Society charity (see: www.6024.com/home.htm). The engines were on a three-day tour along the entire length of the Great Western Railway from London to Penzance and back to celebrate the 175th anniversary of the creation of the GWR.
