The John Moulton Barn on a beautiful Black and White day. In my opinion sunny days don't make good Black and White images, I believe this is one of the exceptions. The Grand Teton Range attempts to dwarf this iconic barn but fails to do so.

A pretty moment in a pretty spot in Montana, Autumn of 2013. As much as I wanted to photograph Logan Pass this day, I lucked out because the road was closed and it was closed giving me time to freeze my butt off and spend half a day hiking this canyon and shooting stunning red rock, Ice and freezing waterfalls. I doubt I could have produces as many good images this day risking my life on a slick 'Going To the Sun Road'. Hmmm, I wonder it it was closed because there wasn't a sun this day to go too?

A spring winding it's way into Banff National Park's Bow Lake beneath Crowheart Glacier. The majesty of the Canadian Rockies is like music for my eyes and lens. I wish I could live there.

After the storm. a classic mountain country barn graces the rural landscape of Fairview Wyoming. I love it when a search for old barns turns up a gem like this, it is to expensive for a family rancher to produce barns like they anymore. Whenever the clouds part after an abundant snow storm I like to go capture what the magic of new snow does to a landscape
