Fish Consumption Advisory
High levels of mercury have been found in Brown Trout from Calf Creek. Utah Public Health Officials recommend that adults eat no more than two 8-ounce servings of these fish per month. Pregnant woman, nursing mothers, and children under 12 should eat no more the a 4-ounce serving of these fish per month. A 4-ounce serving of fish is approximately the size of a deck of cards.
