A shot of model Ella Rose, taken during a FilmPhoto Academy Workshop a few weeks ago.

Not maybe a very conventional pose for a model but I wanted to take advantage of the strong horizontals of the decaying timber background.

On the day of the Workshop I took quite a few shots of the two models, Ivory Flame and Ella Rose, together but somehow sat here now I'm not so convinced by the shots so I probably won't upload too many but I think this one works okay.

As experienced as the two models are somehow the whole scenario just doesn't feel very 'convincing' to me. Maybe I'm 'over-thinking' it but I'm not sure what the 'story' behind the shots is meant to be. Maybe I should just accept the photos for what they actually are.......

Taken nearly two weeks ago during a FilmPhotoAcademy workshop, this was my first experience of working with two models.

Directing models is still something I find quite hard, you would expect directing two to be even harder but luckily Ivory Flame and Ella Rose are so experienced as to require little direction. Having worked together quite a bit they seem to have an empathetic understanding of each other, something that made the shoot much easier than I expected.
