Taken a while back on a whistle stop Architectural Field Trip of Northern Europe. I know the Architect is Herman Hertzberger, I'm pretty sure it's Holland but I've no idea what the building is.
Thanks to Cybertect for sugesting it may the Ministry of Social Affairs and Employment building in the Hague. I'm not 100% on this but it does ring a bell in the back of my head somewhere.

Trafalgar Square is such a great place for candid photography, especially since the pedestrianisation. This couple caught my attention due to the body language. It's as though they're not talking because she just wants to sit down for a minute and all he's interested in is taking photos. Am I the only one to invent fictions around the people they photograph?
