A couple of days ago I was complaining that when I visited 8 Tallet in Orestad that the weather was pretty rubbish, having worked on the shots a bit now I think the ominous grey cloud adds a certain something to some of them. Here the steely grey sky is a great match for the aluminium cladding.

As an antidote to all the pretty shots of Nyhavn I've been uploading here's a slightly less picturesque corner of Copenhagen that caught my eye. I've deliberately desaturated some of the colours to add to the industrial aesthetic.

Luckily with the Arab World Institute you can get a reasonable distance back and then shoot with a short tele (70mm here) to get a shot of the famous facade without too much distortion (well, nothing that can't then easily be sorted out in Photoshop anyway).
