I know it's nearly April but I think I'll continue uploading the last few of my 'University Park in snow' shots as given the weather they still seem relevant. Even today there was a brief flurry of the white stuff.

Apologies to those that were expecting another sunny Barcelona scene but I'm interrupting my stream to bring you an alternative version of a Wintery Oxfordshire image you can find in the January issue of the Lonely Planet magazine.
This is my second in six months for them and I'm particularly pleased because it's a great magazine that I subscribe too, not least because of the quality of the photographs.

Blenheim Palace is only about five miles from my home town of Witney. It has fabulous grounds ideal for short or long walks, particularly if you know where the gates are giving free entry.
On this Winters day the sky was stunning shades of blue, albeit assisted here with a polariser and a graduated grey filter.

A few miles outside Tallinn is a great open air "Folk Museum' full of traditional buildings transplanted there from all over the country. These icicles catching the sunshine were hanging from the eaves of a thatched cottage.
