I was forced to use a wide aperture as the light levels were so low but then I've added some blur to the background as well to further isolate the single one.

The centre of Dublin is full of these grand Georgian houses with their fancy painted doors. Most now contain Lawyers, Dentists etc but I noticed very few contain Architects Practices.

You would think getting good shots inside a brightly coloured structure such as the Levity III Luminarium would be easy but it wasn't. For a start it was packed with people when really all you want would be a couple, light levels were quite low in bits of it and then there's just the whole thing of trying to make good compositions when everywhere you look is so dazzling.

The interior of Terminal 1 of Abu Dhabi airport.

Just over 13 years ago I had the most amazing trip to Kathmandu in Nepal to photograph the wedding of two of my friends. I've never uploaded very many of the photos from that trip so now I'm going to make amends for that.

This is one of a few shots which were previously uploaded but are being 'bumped' as I'm now uploading a lot more shots from my trip.

It has three operational passenger terminals: Terminal 1 (divided into Terminals 1A and 1B), Terminal 2, Terminal 3. Abu Dhabi International Airport is spread over an area of 3,400 hectares (8,500 acres). Its terminal spaces are dominated by Etihad Airways, which is the United Arab Emirates' national carrier and second largest in the UAE after Emirates. More than 30 airlines offered service to over 120 destinations in more than 60 countries."
