A 'flipped' version of my previous upload. Why you might ask ? Well, these days it seems my 'flipped' shots are the only ones which stand a chance of making it into 'Explore........ That and I know that some people like them and some are not so keen.....
They've been constructing the Rafael Viñoly designed Marble Arch Place at the end of Oxford St since 2015 so it was good to see it finished when I was in town last month for the London Flickr Group's first Photowalk.
The upper floors are apartments so I wondered what one of those with the big panoramic curved window overlooking Hyde Park are worth ?
Having done a bit of googling, It looks like they have one bed apartments starting at a very reasonable £2.4 million.......... They've sold the remaining six bed apartments but luckily for anyone looking for a family home they have 476m2 five bed apartments for £26 million. Hurry though, there's only two left : thebryanston.co.uk/
