Quakers were caught out from the corner that followed. Halifax broke quickly through Morgan and he got to the edge of the Darlington box before hitting a left foot shot into the top corner — the fourth goal he has scored against Quakers in two games.
But Quakers levelled on 68 minutes when Galbraith curled a corner over from the right for Burgess to head in at the far post.
The draw was a fair result but the £16 entrance fee was shocking.
