Image composite featuring different elements from the cities of Shenyang, Shanghai and Hong Kong.
A few techniques used here: indeed the cut outs and assembly of the different elements, 'cyberpunk' color grading with Split Toning, adding glow on the neon lights, adding four giant screens with neon light effect around them, adding fog and smoke. I even added a cinematic flare on the car headlight.
