CDV of a woman from Naples (Napoli), Italy, from the photographer Raffaello Ferreti (according to the photo, an honorary photographer not only to the king of Italy but also the king of 'Birmani' (the Bamar, the ethnic dominant group of Burma, so that should perhaps be interpreted as the king of Burma) and the queen of 'Olanda' (Olanda - Holland).
I would guess at a date around 1880 - if only because the neckline is really similar (though more demure) to the one on the girl in Manet's painting Un bar aux Folies Bergère, from 1882.
