Admittedly a photo from last year - but Christmas never gets old!
This photo is from Ginza and the Tokyo Kotsu Kaikan (東京交通会館 - kaikan means assembly hall). It is a 15 stories high building - the two stories you see with illuminations and the name is just the entrance - built some 50 years ago (complete with a revolving restaurant at the top).
