In San Nicola dei Lorensi. (Sorry about the black blur in the corner, I had to stand in a doorway - no further entering was allowed into the church at the time - and I wanted to capture as much as possible of the ceiling.) The paintings were done in 1731 by Corrado Giaquinto.
This is a national church of France in Rome - the French name is Saint-Nicolas-des-Lorrains. This Baroque church was finished in 1632 after a design by the Frenchman François Desjardins (in Italian Francesco Giardini) - initially dedicated to the duchy of Lorraine.
