I'm not sure how old it is, but it's at least interwar because I've seen it in an interwar photo.
Originally, this had been used for shaving - that was before they had running water.
Now, this piece of furniture is at my mom's in Brăila, where my son has been spending most of his latest four summers (2011 - 2014).
