Well the D90 went back to Nikon to hopefully fix my focus issues. Borrowed my friends old trusty D70S. Focus was spot on, even in the wind and rain as the nor easter moved out.

This goose has been walking around with an arrow stuck through its head for 4 weeks now. It was first reported by wtnh-channel 8, on February 9th. I first saw it on March 4th. I can't find anyone to help this poor animal. I called DEP and animal control. Animal control basically told me unless the goose was in "imminent" danger they would not dispatch anyone to help because they had already tried and it was too difficult to catch. It walked within 15 feet of me...
