We observed this gorgeous male fox's evening hunt in a meadow for half an hour. He'd hop up onto boulders to get a better vantage point before jumping on his prey, which also worked well for photography purposes.

She missed having the Easter Bunny for breakfast by a few seconds. She waited for the little cottontail to magically reappear, but he wisely stayed out of sight.

The D500 isn't the best camera for shooting in the shade at sunrise. I'm surprised the colors held up as well as they did.
