It is a torturous walk from Coastguards up to the NT at Blakeney Point. Walking on that shingle is like one step forward and two steps back.However to see a Red Spotted Bluethroat makes it all worthwhile.A scarce passage migrant more common in Autumn than spring.This one no doubt on its way to Scandinavia.
