*Landshut Castle in Winter*

After the first major snowfall on the Moselle in recent years, I took the opportunity to capture it extensively in pictures.
Landshut Castle towers over the small town of Bernkastel-Kues on the Middle Moselle, otherwise the center of Riesling winegrowing and tourism. That day, with almost 20 cm of powder snow, very few people hiked up to the castle. The footprints in the snow are mostly mine ;-)

Nach dem ersten größeren Schneefall der letzten Jahre an der Mosel habe ich die Gelegenheit genutzt, dies ausgiebig in Bildern festzuhalten.
Die Burg Landshut überragt die Kleinstadt Bernkastel-Kues an der Mittelmosel, sonst Zentrum des Riesling-Weinbaus und des Tourismus. An diesem Tag sind bei fast 20 cm Pulverschnee nur sehr wenige Leute bis oben zur Burg gewandert. Die Fußspuren im Schnee sind überwiegend von mir selbst;-)
