The 4 Star Theater in the Outer Richmond. I have always been a sucker for the lighting and old run down style of this joint. I do wonder how many days it has left as you see more and more theaters of this nature closing up shop.

This is the 2nd image in what I think I will limit to a series of four. Fitting since there are four buildings that make up the Embarcadero Center Complex. This was actually the first composition that sparked my interest. I was with my wife making our way back to the parking garage and took note of the late afternoon light that adorned the top of building #3. I lagged behind and took a snap with my point and shoot and made note to return when I had all my gear. During the summer months most of San Francisco can be shrowded in oppressive fog. The clouds streaming by were the very beginings of the fog taking over the eastern edge of the city and within 5 minutes the scene was covered in grey.
