King's College, University of Cambridge. iPhone shot taken early this morning. Yesterday, September 30, Cambridge had the highest temperature for the UK: 29.2 C. The "Indian Summer" is truly here! Glorious today as well:-) That's a college porter coming up to ask what I was doing (the college was closed to the public:-)

This month I celebrate 30 years in Cambridge. The odd thing is that every time I go out it's like visiting the place for the first time. I see things for the first time or I see things anew, and that's very exciting. It's a magical and enchanting city. What a pleasure it is for me to try to capture some of its charm and beauty, to document some of the events, and to share its hidden secrets. And then there is the human side: having the opportunity to show some of the faces. What is architecture, abstract art, and natural beauty without the human dimension? You're in love with a city because of its people, not the bricks (though I do like bricks and concrete abstracts:-)
