How many eight point stars can you see? It almost looks like an oriental rug -- magic carpet:-) Perhaps one should sit on the outer stars in a circle and have a nice cuppa mint tea and delicious sweets:-)

Joyce Payne of Chesterton, Cambridge was zooming along on her buggy (she's looking so red because it was bitterly cold) when I stopped her: "Aha, the former Cambridgeshire County Darts Champion":-) You see, I had read about this in the November edition of "Chesterton Challenge"! The newsletter said, "After moving to Cambridge in 1984 she began to play more seriously for several ladies pub teams in the city, and eventually played in the Cambs Super Dart’s League from where she was selected to play regularly for the county team."

Anyoldhow, we chatted a bit about her knitting (that red cardigan is hand-made) and this and that, and while doing so I took this snap:-) The sky was a gorgeous blue and I angled myself to get the blue as a background.
