I got an honorable mention in the 1988 Jefferson County student art show with this one.

Lonyl's recent interest has inspired me to look back through some of my old skateboarding photo prints. I figure they will have a happier home here on Flickr than they do just sitting on my shelf collecting dust. ;)

we use to spend a lot of time skateboarding in front of the Westminster rec center. we would skate until we got kicked off the property. it wasn't until 15 years later they built a skatepark there.

Jeff was the first of us to be brave enough to try a rail slide down a handrail. back then it was a new trick and just being able to ollie onto the rail was a feat in and of itself.
