.... actually, this was 20th California mission built (the one in Sonoma was #21 and last), but it just so happened that this would be my final mission in a five year quest to photograph all 21 California missions and it was only an hour away from our home. Also it was tiny and reminded me a lot of the Santa Cruz mission. However, I do love this very special little "bell tower".

Now that my "mission mission" has come to an end, I'm looking for another challenge. Husband wants to do micro breweries, and a good friend suggested lighthouses. The latter seems a lot more attractive when it comes to shooting. Hopefully, we may be able to combine the two. He drinks, I shoot.
