One of the wheeled athletes from the 2023 Houston Marathon. It was a tough day for everyone due to the high temperatures and humidity. Tomorrow is the 2024 Houston Marathon and I plan to be there.Hopefully, I can upload all of the photos from 2023 soon.

I upgraded my Fujifilm gear earlier this year. I had a trip planned to Seoul, but unfortunately I had to cancel it. I have only had a chance to take some photos twice since May. I was able to use the XT-5 and the 33mm at the Lone Star motorcycle rally. This camera and lens put the XT-3 and the f2 lenses to shame. I cannot believe how some of the photos turned out. Probably the two biggest things that I noticed was fewer photos out of focus and greatly reduced noise over the XT-3.

Just to sum up 2023 I must say it was without a doubt the worst year of my life. I am not sure if I will be able to take any photos this year or even have time to upload them, but I am going to try. I am currently planning a long trip to Thailand and South Korea for November and December, just in case things turn around.
