Madagascar Fish-Eagle, Haliaeetus vociferoides, 70 - 80 cm. /27.6 - 31.5 in. GLOBALLY THREATENED and ENDEMIC. Rocky seahorse, mangroves, lakes and large rivers with wooded edges. Perches in large trees at the water's edges. Perched in a large tree along the shore of the lake, handheld from a flat-bottomed boat.
