The day was ending and I decided to spend these moments next to the river, the Louvre and surroundings. I could not walk as far as I wanted and I chose this spot to be at, during my last moments in Paris.
I came across the Louvre (closed at that day and therefore free of crowds, which was a blessing) and in there a musician was playing his cello. I sat down, listening to his music and waited, just watching the light becoming golden and more golden. I went out to the river, on the Pont des Arts, with a view to both the Pont Neuf and the Pont du Carroussel, with the Musee D´Orsay in the background, lying above the Seine in the last rays of sun of that very special day.
