This is the best cafe if you want a 360 view of the city and surroundings.
Closest bus stops are Syster Estrids gata or Södermalm. It is quite a climb to get up there (but it has a lift inside, if that's needed). It is possible to go up to the tower by car or taxi if the climb is too much.
