The eater of trees. I've seen double wide mobile homes, slaughter trucks, wind generator props, combines, and assortments of vehicles on semi trailers yet Im still not used to seeing these.

Went camping at Lake Takhlakh in the Gifford Pinchot National Forest. I have to suggest, should you make it, bring your camera, film, batteries, chargers, tripod, filters, whatever.... BRING IT!

Full Moon and Second to last.
The sky was bright and the wind would not stop. Only a handful of people remained in the park as the full moon rose up over the blast site of Mt St Helens. Its hard to believe that I watched this eruption take place on television almost thirty years ago. This a long exposure taken of the lone last vehicle to leave the monument site. The rest are a couple of photos of an evening spent in the Gifford Pinchot National Forest at the Mt St Helens monument site.
