There were several of these moths flying around on our walk up Cley Hill. I 'googled' them and discovered they are five spot burnet moths.

We went for a long walk yesterday, around 10 miles! We started off in Arundel which is a beautiful town and so worth visiting if you ever get the chance. Then we completed a circuit which took in some wonderful scenery and views and ended up back in Arundel.

The walk along the chalk hills is called Monarch's way and I can see why. There were so many on the route, even I managed to capture a photo of one

Had my spa day so I am totally chilled now. When I was having my facial I felt myself dropping off to sleep...............bliss. I had a walk around the grounds after lunch and found this little fella.

I suppose their 'landing carriage' is tiny so they don't feel the prickles like we would do
