Happy 4th July to all our American cousins.

Tomorrow Phill and I celebrate 36 years of marriage. Where did all that time go? I met Phill in the May of 1977 when I was working in a hotel in Wales prior to going to college. He was 'working' as a picture framer with his sister and brother in law who were both artists. I moved in with him 6 weeks later and then married the following year. We took the day off work to get married at the local registry office and then went back to work the following day. Never even had any wedding photos which is ironic seeing Phill is a professional photographer. We were broke and faced all sorts of challenges but here we are 36 years later still going strong. Probably something to do with our ability to laugh and the fact that I have a lot of mental stamina - lol

Charlotte has gone into hospital today as her new baby is refusing to enter the world (was due last Friday). Come on baby Georgia, get a jog on - Paige is waiting for her brand new sister to arrive.

Went to Portland Bill today and visited a strange little place full of animals. The lady that owned it showed us around and she let us go in the pens with a few of the animals. We met some Alpacas who just stood and stared at us. However later when we left the place and went for a walk, we ended up at the back of their pens. As we were walking by, they "klcked off". Sorry the quality is not good - lots of wind on the top of the cliffs, but listen closely and you will hear the squeals they make.

Well here we are again...nearly the weekend.

It's Mothers' Day on Sunday, here in the UK, so I am off to visit my mum this weekend.
