We haven't been out into the Forest for weeks due to the constant bad weather. Also we don't venture there during the school holidays which have just ended. Another few weeks and the foals will start appearing - can't wait!

I met this sweet girl walking along the beach at Mudeford this morning. Far cry from yesterday when we had gale force winds and torrential rain.

I'm still having problem with my shoulder which I now find out is actually neck issues. I am having an MRI on 28 April but the guy I saw at the hospital last week thinks it's Brachialgia (like sciatica but in your neck). When I sit at the PC I have my mouse on my thigh otherwise I get acute pins and needles.

We woke up this morning and there was sunshine!! So we took ourselves over to nearby gardens and walked around in temperatures of 17 degrees - can you believe it?!? After weeks of gales, rain and grey skies it really felt like Spring.

All the blossom, camelias and azaleas were in full bloom. Let's hope it stays this way for a while
