The date that came with this negative was November 1959 but that is not correct as the loco is Class 24 D5074 and it was not new until March 1960. I would say however that I don't think it is much later than that.
The location as you can see from the Signal Box is Christs Hospital so not quite sure what the loco was doing that far into the Southern, and what the service is heading towards Chichester I think (maybe Goodwood Race Special?). The combination of discs on the front of the loco is not one I have come across before, and is the stock maybe Midland? D5074 would have been a Willesden or Watford loco at the time, it received a yellow warning panel in 1963 so we are certainly pre dates that.

The first time I ever saw a Glenton Coach was parked outside the Queens Hotel in Chester in the early 70's and the central door immediately stood out so keep an eye out for photos of their coaches.
This one is LYU151P an AEC Reliance with Plaxton C34C bodywork new in April 1976. It's on a tour of Britain a month later on the 29th May 1976 in what looks to be a Hotel Car Park in Salisbury.
