Baz Richardson / 12,083 items
Virtually every room at the medieval house at Cotehele in Cornwall is filled with tapestries, making the interior of the house exceedingly dark. The house has been unoccupied for over two hundred years after the Edgcumbe family moved to a much grander house overlooking Plymouth Sound. It has been used as a repository for unwanted tapestries and furniture. The house is owned by the National Trust.
